Hello Mr. Ishizumi,
The school year is getting closer now and I would like to thank you for all your support these past few years. I would not have been able to come to where I am without you and Mrs. Ishizumi's support and I would like thank you very much. I talked to my parents about just how blessed I am to be surrounded by people and how big of an impact I would cause if I do something like I did a few years ago. I'll try my hardest in reaching my goals at ○○○ and hopefully graduate with no regret.
